We’re on a mission to end sex trafficking for good.
Together, we’re one team working in many countries side by side to end one of the fastest-growing criminal enterprises in the world. We work hard because we believe our work matters. In fact, our work changes thousands of lives every single day. Last year, 182,325 survivors, victims, and at-risk individuals were impacted through our restoration, prevention, outreach, and intervention efforts.

At Rescue:Freedom, we don’t just work hard for the mission; we work hard to build our team. Therefore, our team culture is one of our top priorities. We celebrate milestones together, work anniversaries, our core values in action, and each other’s important life events. We enjoy virtual coffee and chats, gather together in person as departments for campaigns or events, and do our best to feel connected no matter where we are.
We have a global mission, and therefore our team is spread out working domestically and internationally. However, we are connected by one mission: ending sex trafficking. Currently, remote positions are available, while other roles require a specific location [such as our headquarters in Kirkland, WA] depending on the nature of the role.
